Spa Hours: Tuesday - Friday 9am-5:30pm Saturday 9am-4pm
Other hours are possible by special arrangement. Closed Sunday & Monday.
Parking: Parking is available on the street. Complimentary parking is available behind our
spa off 3rd street.
Reservations: Because
demand for services are high, we recommend making reservations in advance. However, feel free to call on short notice.
We may have an opening or a cancellation. Please call 503-63-1619 during spa hours and one of our coordinators will
be happy to assist you with an appointment. A Visa, MasterCard or gift certificate number is required to guarantee your appointment
time.
Late arrivals: If you are running late, a phone call is apprecieated.
Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment, which will end as originally scheduled so that the next appointment
can begin on time. Regardless of arrival time, the nomral treatment fee remains unchanged. For some treatments,
late arrivals cannot be accommodated and will need to be rescheduled.
Appointments: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
Cancellations: Scheduled services are the core of our business.
Because spa services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or
cancel single service appointments without penalty and 48 hours in advance for multiple service appointments .
Confirmation Call:
A confirmation call will be made 48 hours in advance of your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation. If you have
questions, please contact one of our spa managers.
Gift Cards:
Alyce Esthetique gift cards are available at the spa, by mail, or may be charged by telephone for any denomination. They are
non refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Corporate Programs: Let Alyce Esthetique help you give your clients the executive thanks

Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Checks accepted.
Tipping: Is tipping appropriate? Yes, but at your discretion. A general guideline would
be between 15% and 20%. Gratuities can be left at the front desk or given directly to your technician.
Return Policy: Products will be refunded in
the form of store credit. Gift cards are non cash refundable.
